I also provided to internal managers the flowchart draft proposal outlining the flow of work from state-side resources performing requirements gathering tasks to India, a full QA process and final delivery of customized software to the clients.

- Again, as the Technical Project Manager of the Integration Lab, I have maintained responsibility for the Quality Assurance Team and the communication to stakeholders and end users regarding the requirements gathering process. Direct correspondence and negotiating with developers both in-source and out-source during the iterative development process is the key to success.

- Having started as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE), I became a Project Manager by necessity while on contracts. I still maintain skills in Wise Solutions automated software delivery scripting. When your corporation migrates to the newest Microsoft desktop OS, you will more than likely deliver the applications required by the users using Microsoft SMS 2.0 or possibly via the group policies in Windows 2000 Server. I have the necessary skills and access to resources with the same skills to aid in setup of a scripting lab and the processes you need to successfully deliver a full migration.

I also hold certifications in Cisco Routers (CCNA) and Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCP+I). Both these certifications validate my ability to troubleshoot internetworking issues and build Web related infrastructures. This is a significant benefit when building sites.
