AKI Corp is officially incorporated in Nevada.
Today’s Date (December 23rd, 1998) – In entering the IT independent contractor field, many of the corporations ContractMCSE has been soliciting have required incorporation. Therefore, papers have been filed and fees paid resulting in AKI Corp being created in the state of Nevada, an EIN number being issued by the IRS as well as state ID’s for Nevada. AKI Corp can employ Bob Watkins to fulfill contract commitments on IT Project involving networking and MS Windows operating systems.
